SHORT TERM CONTRACTS – We offer contracts in 3, 6, 9, or 12 month increments. Should you decide to cancel, just give us 30 days notice before your next quarterly renewal. This program you are purchasing is for SIX months.

EPIC SUPPORT BONUS:
ONE HOUR of Ko-Shin’s time per month for design, or tech help (value $150) – can be used for updates/addons on your site, web design customizations, graphic design, solving small technical glitches, site problem troubleshooting/fixing, adding/designing PayPal buttons, adding blog post or pages, etc.

Need expert help with the backend of your Wordpress website?! No problem, just purchase the amount of hourly support you need. 1 hour of support is $85. Most people need a bare bones minimum of 2-3 hours. If you need more than an hour of help (which you probably do), purchase as many hours as you need per month. You will be contacted within 24-48 hours to set up your work schedule. Please note: once you purchase your WP Tech hours they must be used within 30 days of the purchase date. Any unused hours will be forfeited. We are a small team and always strive to do the best for our clients. As this is a time and talent based service, there are absolutely no refunds, returns, exchanges, or chargebacks allowed for this service.
